DC Comics Bishoujo Stargirl Statue

The pose Shunya Yamashita designed for her really sells the staff—it looks mid-swing instead of just standing there stiff. Paint on the star accents is crisp with no bleed, and she's a solid weight on the shelf.

I've been collecting the Bishoujo line for a while, and this Stargirl sculpt holds up next to the rest of them — the star-spangled staff and her stance give it way more attitude than I expected. Shunya Yamashita's take on a character from Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. is a nice deep cut too.

The way Shunya Yamashita reimagined her really shows in the face sculpt, it's got that soft BISHOUJO look but still reads as a hero. The star staff is a nice touch too, sits perfectly in her grip with no wobble.
